Taking encouragement to a new place...

An interesting season started in 1982 when my husband passed away. I became the only parent to four lovely children between 5 and 13 years, and the 400 dairy acres proved a bit more country than I desired. As I struggled to raise my four beauties, I also fought a hidden illness. For 30 years I was quite confused about my own health and well being. In early 2007 the Father orchestrated a healing of my illness - such fun to know what was a fire in so much illness. 

I was born to serve and encourage people. The Father has used every circumstance to build in me the ability to do just this, with even more effectiveness. I've served as a pastor to some wonderful people for ten years - all the while discovering even more of His love and desire for me.

My beautiful children have produced more beautiful children, 11 grandies in all. What a wonderful heritage!

 

Why Sheroars.com? 

In July of 2007 a colleague prophesied over me “You have been born for such a time as this and from this day forth you will walk as Queen Esther.”

And so God’s process began.

About a month later I awoke one morning with the words of a poem going over and over in my spirit. 

“Splendor was the only word
That could describe this Queen
Her radiance disarming,
intelligence so keen”

My first poem I named  ’Splendor’ and of course...you guessed it....is all about the Queen Esther in each one of us. For this lady, who was ignorant to the prophetic destiny in her body, it was a slow wake up to the poetic gifting that the Father has entrusted to me.

I'm still amazed after writing 200+ poems for people. Thank you everyone for writing me to let me know how the poems touch your life! Most report that their poems encourage their relationship with the Father. It's a bit freaky and fun. I write what I sense, and then people read what the Father's heart is for them. I love listening to the Father, and writing it out for people!

Then in May 2008 this same colleague asked if I could ask the Father if He might have a word for a couple in the USA. The result was amazing and 2 weeks later an amazing prophetic poem came back for me from them...touching me as only the Father can touch your heart...dynamically and life changing. It was called “Roaring Lioness”

Since receiving the poems I have always had a desire to start a website that would be able to encourage people in their relationship with our Father.But that poem was followed by another one about a lioness.

“The Lioness touches another life -
her roar connects.
It's almost as if the power in her cry
pushes others to theirs”

Just weeks later after receiving a ton of encouragement from my new-found friends they came up with a suggestion for the name of the public site that you see today...Sheroars.com. Our Father is so amazing the way He brings us alongside those who can stir us and offer courage.

Not only the above three people but also so many others have joined me on my journey through life and now rejoice as they watch God take me to a new place in reality. So thank you also to...my four beauties...mentor...close friends and those others whom God had used to just brush by me leaving spectacular color in my life.
